Press release from City of Fort Worth: December 10, 2021 Fort Worth's Neighborhood Services Department will temporarily stop accepting applications to its Community Action Partners programs on Dec. 23, 2021, to conduct year-end activities. Program staff will still be available to address questions or concerns. Existing clients can contact their caseworker. Prospective clients with children younger than 5 or household members 60 and older facing utility disconnection may call 817-392-5795 or 817-392-2276.
