We are looking for individuals who have customer service experience, great communication skills, and someone who is motivated to learn something new in an exciting industry! We are a 24 hour/7 day a week business and always looking for qualified, full time employees who may work flexible shifts/schedules. Bay 101 is currently seeking dealers for Cal Table games. We are currently hiring dealers for full time schedules and pride ourselves on having the Graveyard shift at 11 pm, offering the best opportunity to entry level dealers in the gaming industry. Don't have dealing experience? Bay 101 will train you to deal! Must successfully complete 6 months of employment as a floorperson or chip runner without disciplinary action. Must have flexible schedule and be willing to deal all Bay 101 games to include poker and table games. Bay 101 will select and train a small group of students every 6 months. At Bay 101 we expect all employees to provide exceptional guest service with an upbeat positive attitude. As we strive to provide a safe and comfortable work environment during this time which includes Bay 101 funded PPE to all employees. We are interested in candidates who have dealer experience in: 21st Century Blackjack, EZ Baccarat and Golden Frog, Three Card Poker, Ultimate Texas Hold'Em, Pai Gow Poker and Crazy Four Poker, and / or Pai Gow Tiles WORK ENVIRONMENT: · While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand or sit for up to 2 hour at t time; walk; use hands and fine motor skills to maneuver chips, cards, and cash; reach with hands and arms, talk and hear the needs of our guests in often loud and busy environments. · Scheduling requirements will include nights, weekends and holidays. · Bay 101 ensures a clean and safe work environment. Employees must perform duties in compliance with safety and current sanitization procedures for Covid-19. QUALIFICATIONS: • Must be at least 21 years of age • Must successfully pass background check and city of San Jose badge process • You must be able to communicate effectively with guests in English. • Have open availability (we are open 24-7) • MINIMUM of 1 year customer service experience • Exceptional basic math skills • High attention to detail • Trustworthy, strong work ethic, and integrity • Must successfully pass drug screening. • Must successfully pass an audition • Language skills desirable, we welcome diversity! COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS: Starting compensation is $15.45 hourly, plus tips. Employee benefits are available for all qualifying full-time employees after 90 days including: paid time off, medical and dental insurance, and 401K benefits.
