Event Planner wanted for Memorial Service

I am looking for an experienced event planner to help with planning a Memorial Service for my husband who was a professor at SF State. I need help with securing a venue (for March 13th), arranging catering, and organizing a sale of art objects at the event. There will be music so a piano is needed. Expected attendance of about 150. Prefer event to be in San Francisco but we are flexible and nearby areas such as Marin or South SF are possible. Help with a printed program too. Someone who has experience with securing venues in SF such as at the Presidio is preferred. References required.
