Press release from Kendall County Sheriff's Office: 12/10/2021 5:00 AM 12/09/21 2021-3493, Obstructing Identification: On 12/09/21 at 3:51 a.m., deputies responded to a motorist assist in the area of Illinois Route 47 and Caton Farm Rd. in Kendall Township.  The driver of the vehicle furnished a false name to deputies prior to departing from the area.  The investigation into this matter is ongoing. 2021-3493, Obstructing Identification: 2021-3503, No Valid DL, Route 126/ Ashley Road: On 12/09/21 at 6:22 p.m. deputies stopped a vehicle for driving without headlights on IL Route 126 at Ashley Road in Kendall Township. The driver of the vehicle, Ramon Quiroz, a 47-year-old male from the 5500 block of W. 23rd Ave in Cicero, was found to have no valid driver's license. Quiroz was cited for no valid driver's license along with operating a vehicle without headlights. Quiroz was released with a notice to appear in court. 2021-3505, Traffic Crash with Injury: On 12/09/21 at 11:06 p.m., deputies responded to a report of a crash with injuries on Galena Road near Rock Creek Road. Jacob J. Clifford, a 19-year-old male from the 500 block of Indian Creek Drive in Leland, was treated and released on scene by Little Rock-Fox EMS. The Sheriff's Office would like to remind the public that all persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
