Looking for GENERAL LABORERS / RESIDENTIAL REMODELERS / SMALL GENERAL CONTRACTORS to provide at least several of the below services in a job scope. Also need contractors offering any of the following individual trades: *Handyman (at least 2 man crew) *Counter tops *Concrete Repair *Foundation Repair *Roofing *Painting *Cleaning *Carpentry *Carpet cleaning *Landscaping *Gutters *Siding *Flooring *Odor Remediation *Water Remediation *Pressure Washing *Drywall *Garage Door Repair & Install *Tub Resurfacing/Re-glazing *Septic *Window/Glass Repair–Custom glass/shower doors MUST possess Commercial General Liability Insurance ($1M / $2M Aggregate), Workers Comp (if applicable) and able to add us as a Certificate Holder. Requirements General Laborer/Remodeler/General Contractor: 1. Crews must possess own transportation, materials and own equipment/tools of that specific trade to perform the job. 2. Complete jobs on time without construction defect or large punch items, understand scopes and the process of coordinating labor and scheduling efficiently. 3. Document & communicate through email and phone with biweekly updates including pics, c/o items and weekly schedules. 4.
