Need electrician/handyman to hang light fixtures

I need someone to replace and hang a total of 7 light fixtures: - 4 bathroom lights (2 in each bathroom) - 2 hallway sconce lamps - 1 dining room chandelier (a big metal globe) - also to take one ceiling hanging light fixture down in the kitchen I will also need this person to come and install outdoor lighting and security cameras at a later time. Looking for someone I can trust for future projects and share with friends/family. NEED: In your reply, tell me: 1. Your experience (would prefer licensed and bonded, but if not then your rates should be better). 2. Estimate of costs. Would prefer a flat fee for a total. 3. When you can do the job 4.
