I've a few gigs coming up with move-outs. GIG #1 for Roofing, etc. is available immediately. I can also provide a link to videos for more detail. If you're interested, please text me which Gig you're interested in and please include references that I can call. I'll pay for all materials and reimburse all dump fees. So, please provide bid for your labor-only over text. GIG #1: ROOFING, etc. in Marysville. Replace roof, including replacing all plywood, shingles, flashing, waterproofing, one broken skylight, and any rotten wood you find in the trusses. All work needs to be done such that it is not impacted by rain, e.g. using tarp and replacing only one section at a time and covering with waterproofing. I'll pay for all the material costs over phone. While at it, I'd also like to fix the leaning fence in the pictures. It will be great if you can also pick up water heater in the pictures. Tenant mentioned that the washer is off balance and the sink knob gasket needs to be replaced - please let me know if you can fix these also. GIG #2: FLOORING and painting in Marysville. I'll need to replace about 300 square feet (rough estimate) of carpet in living room with Saratoga Hickory Laminate from Home Depot. While at it, I'd also like to replace carpet in the stairs. I'd also like to paint any areas needing touch-ups. GIG #3: FLOORING, DRYWALL and PAINTING in Mount Vernon. I'll need to replace about 340 square feet (accurate estimate) of existing laminate in living room with Saratoga Hickory Laminate from Home depot. While at it, I'd also like to replace carpet in the stairs. There are also some drywall holes to be patched and painted, and other areas needing touch-ups. GIG #4: FLOORING, trim, drywall sanding, painting in Warm Beach, WA. I'll need to replace about 300 square feet (rough estimate) of existing laminate in living room with Saratoga Hickory Laminate. While at it, I'd also like to do a better job at some sanding and painting, and trim work. GIG #5: DECK. I need to replace a deck and fortify railings. Please respond with which gig(s) you're interested in, references to call and your labor-only bid. All work will be at your risk and liability.
