Redtail, an underground utilities, sitework, and public works construction company, is seeking a qualified and experienced Operations Manager to oversee field operations. The ideal candidate will harbor a passion for construction projects, building and managing teams and possess exceptional leadership skill sets needed for success. The Operation Manager’s job is to oversee multiple teams and projects from conception to finish, interfacing with both construction professionals and the client. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years’ experience managing people for a construction company performing underground utilities installation, site work and public works projects.
