Same Day Covid PCR is hiring individuals to help provide COVID-19 testing to the community. Applicants should have great customer service skills and work well in a team environment yet be able to work independently. To be a successful team member, you must be detail oriented, as quality and accuracy are our highest priority. All staff will receive PPE Equipment, including mask’s, gown, and gloves. Your safety is our top priority! Daily Tasks • Register patients for their COVID tests • Explain to patients how to self-administer their PCR & Antigen test • Answer patient questions relating to their testing • Wear PPE (masks, gloves, and gown) during entirety of shift and follow CDC safety protocols • Store COVID-19 tests and ship to lab daily Minimum Qualifications • Have great customer service skills and be reliable • Strong organizational skills & detail oriented • Data entry on a daily basis • Working knowledge of computer and software applications used in the job functions • Effectively communicate with others • Work well in a team and independently • Write clear notes, print/write labels as needed • Must be able to articulate and give clear directions at all times • Must be patient and have the ability to interact with others of all ages Other Qualifications • Be authorized to work in the United States • Must have the ability to stand, walk, and lift up to ten pounds • Must be able to take clear directions from management • Must be able to read and write in English • Must wear a mask at all times and be tested for COVID every 72 hours Education • High school Diploma To learn more please send us your resume and a brief description of your typical availability
