GLENVIEW, IL — A 19-year-old man was shot while inside a vehicle in the parking lot of Plaza del Prado Thursday afternoon, according to police. He was taken to Lutheran General Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. A 19-year-old person-of-interest is being questioned by police. UPDATE: Shopping Plaza Shooting — Man Faces Charges From Glenview Incident Police responded to the 2700 block of Pfingsten Road at around 12:02 p.m. to investigate the incident. Police believe it is an isolated incident with no known threat to the public. An investigation is in the preliminary stage.
