Press release from the City of Minnetonka: 12/09/2021 7:00 a.m.   There's Yeti 'round these parts … and we need your help tracking 'em down! The Second Annual Great Minnetonka Yeti Hunt is on! (And, of course, there are prizes!) Here's how it works: Over the course of four weeks –starting Dec. 24 – a stuffed Yeti will be placed in specific Minnetonka parks: Dec. 24-29: Minnetonka Civic Center/Jidana Dec. 31-Jan. 5: Victoria-Evergreen Jan.7-12: Big Willow Jan. 14-19: Purgatory Each week, it's a different park AND a different riddle (coming soon!) that the Yeti will help you solve. Each Yeti is decorated with a letter of the alphabet. The total number of Yeti in each park corresponds to the number of letters on the riddle answer sheet (coming soon!) each week. Find each Yeti, record and unscramble the letters to solve the riddle. Email your weekly answers to Recreation Superintendent Ann Davy by 5 p.m. each Thursday for a chance to win a $25 gift card. At the end of the entire month, unscramble the gold-boxed letters on your answer sheet to uncover the Yeti's grand secret message. Submit THAT answer by Jan. 20 for a chance to win a $50 gift card!   And please play fair and don't remove the Yeti. Thank you and good luck out there! Questions?
