My home's insurance policy is up for renewal in January and the insurance company is asking me to have my shake roof inspected by a licensed inspector to determine that the roof is in acceptable condition. The roof is 30 years old and I have been maintaining the roof on a regular basis to keep it sound and free of leaks. You should be experienced in specifically assessing cedar shake roofs. I would like to get this inspection done as soon as possible.
