Job description: Reputable company with 24 years serving the Denver Metro is searching for a dynamic Snow Area Supervisor for our growing commercial landscape maintenance and snow removal company. Individual will bring strong technical skills, attention to detail and a “two-steps ahead” approach to this role. A positive attitude, flawless execution and an enthusiasm for making a difference are key success attributes. The Snow Operations Supervisor will conduct themselves in professional manner that is consistent with SaBell’s culture, policies and procedures and employee conduct and confidentiality policy. Job Purpose: Responsibilities include providing excellent customer service to commercial clientele by supervising and directing crews, monitoring and documenting site conditions, following specific customer requests, ensuring safety procedures are followed, as well as enforcing policies and procedures, and upholding company values and ethics. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to complete tasks accurately and timely. Requirements: At least three years of experience in a similar position within the commercial maintenance industry. Must be available to work when it is snowing, including nights, weekends and holidays. Excellent communication skills— Ability to write, speak and interact clearly and professionally. Ability to work well under pressure while managing multiple deadlines, and adapt to rapidly changing priorities, all with minimal direction/supervision. Must be a team player who works effectively with others. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to maintain a positive, flexible attitude in an intense, deadline-driven business environment.
