As truly a W-2 employees we pay 1/2 of your Soc. and Medicare taxes on every weeks pay check for you. We don't use tricks or gimmicks like calling you a 1099 employee which makes you pay double taxes. We provide everything- cleaning equipment and all supplies. You don't have to drive to our office each day. You drive straight to the customer's homes then straight home.
