Cat needs a new home

I have a 10 yr old male neutered tabby that needs a new home. My neighbor Lisa, has declared him a nuisance (because he sits on her porch) with animal control and now they are trying to trap him and euphonize him. I have a temporary hold while trying to find him a new home while being traumatized that I have to give up my cat. My husband has allergies which is why he has always been an in and out door cat. He doesn't care about dogs but not too sure about other cats....I'm reaching out first to people before calling Pet Helpers...Thanks folks
