Wesley Waggoner, 37, was arrested Thursday evening and was charged on suspicion of causing significant criminal damage library property and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Waggoner is also accused of being in possession of methamphetamine.
"There is no room or tolerance at ASU for this type of damaging behavior," Thompsonsaid. "We are still investigating the circumstances and reasoning surrounding these actions."
