1. You will pull mechanical permit for "Ductwork and or Heating and Air Conditioning" at Anne Arundel county 2. You will ensure that all existing work (Ductwork) done by previous owner of the property 3. If there is any correction, you will inform and discuss it 3. You will schedule county inspection to verify that certification on #2 4. You will get paid remaining 50% upon passed inspection
