Singlebrook is offering a short-term gig (now - January 2022) managing the clean-out of our old office space in downtown Ithaca.
Compensation is hourly (Tompkins County Living Wage), plus commission.
The role requires:
--Photographing and posting furniture and misc. office and kitchen items for sale online;
--Managing the sale of posted items (commission earned on anything sold);
--Managing moving of unsold items to ReUse Center, dump, etc. (We can contract some additional labor and/or truck for this part of the project.)
Must haves / please note:
--Internet & phone service (not available at the office);
--Ability to frequently access the office space as needed;
--Office is on the 2nd floor of non-handicap accessible building;
--Ability to help with loading furniture into buyers' vehicles and/or use of your vehicle to move items for sale is a plus (mileage for deliveries would be reimbursed).
