Jazz Jam session Dec 19th

On Sunday, Dec. 19th I’m hosting a jam session for jazz musicians in Orange County. Please send an email message with your name, email, number, what instrument you play, and your level of playing. I will send you the address and more details within the next few days. We usually have a few horns, drummers, guitar, and bass. All our bass players can't make it to this one, so new bass players are needed. Horns are always welcome, piano, singers, all are welcome. This is for straight ahead jazz standards, not fusion, not post-modern jazz, not blues, not world music. Straight ahead jazz. Bebop, swing, cool jazz, hard bop, some latin (bossa nova) is all OK. I have been doing these for months. I usually circulate a list of tunes for those who might not know every standard, but I also include an opportunity for people to call tunes that are not on the list. This event is free, it's at a large house in Tustin, the music goes from 1pm-4pm on a Sunday afternoon.
