The City of Black Hawk is currently accepting applications for a full-time Facilities Maintenance Technician I. Hiring Range for Facilities Maintenance Tech I $24.9697–$28.7154, per hour DOQ/E. Under the direction of the Facilities Maintenance Supervisor, provides a variety of skilled and semi-skilled work in the construction, maintenance, repair, inspection, restoration, and cleaning of both City occupied and leased buildings and facilities. Works varied schedule to limit the disruption to City operations. Responds to calls for maintenance and repair services 24/7. Requirements HS Diploma or GED; Minimum of three (3) years of experience in building maintenance or custodial work.
