Found Black and Tan Chihuahua

Found 12/10/2021, about 11:15am. Kansas City North First spotted in the morning at Parvin and N. Bennington following an apartment complex employee towards Hidden Valley Park. Then found by resident at NE Russell Rd (40th-ish) and N. Bennington, just east of the park, at about 11:15am. Small black and tan dog. Has black collar, no tag. Female, Chihuahua mix. Has some gray hair. Veterinarian says no chip.
