Rehoming 3 year old lab mix

I adopted him 1 year ago and unfortunately have some life changes coming up that will make it hard to take care of him properly. He was very shy at first and has warmed up a lot with me and also my girlfriend. It could take some time for the full excitement but I think he understands who is his “master” pretty quickly. He’s timid around other people sometimes but is never aggressive not even out of fear. Even if someone is really bothering him. He’s good with other dogs as well. Same thing might be timid at times but usually will start playing and never has been aggressive not even a nip with another dog. He’s 96% potty trained. The 4 percent is if you give some human food or his stomach is upset he might not wait if you’re gone too long. He knows sit stay paw but doesn’t know fetch. He doesn’t really play with toys which can be good cause he also doesn’t chew random things around the house even if gone awhile. He will be really good when alone but also happy to see you when you come home. He never barks when on walks at people or dogs and rarely barks inside. He will kind of low bark when someone is at the door. But never loud extended barking. Looking for a good family or owner and charging 300 for rehoming to make sure you’re willing to pay. He is healthy as of 2 or 3 months ago at last vet visit. Please ask questions or arrange a time to see him if desired.
