Have a subwoofer box project going on with short turnaround time (if possible).  Project is to make two (2) identical boxes.  Any quotes or estimates are for BOTH enclosures.  Not an overly complex shape, but will need to be done by an experienced craftsperson, will require the use of a router and table saw. Box will need to be well constructed/airtight and look good.  Somewhat flexible on payment amount depending on materials/experience/final result.  I put $600 in the ad as a starting place, depending on material and experience I understand this may change. Must be in Phoenix/Scottsdale AreaProject is for now/this weekend/ASAP Items have to be able to be dropped off at address (cross streets 64 st. and Greenway) as I don't have a vehicle that these will easily fit into. Material preference is 18mm (3/4") baltic birch plywood, but if that is unavailable, MDF is acceptable. No particle board or pine ply. Box dimensions are 20" wide, 28" tall, 32" deep Boxes are ported, I have the ports (and a driver) for test fitting It is not necessary to install terminals, the driver, or the port -just cut and assemble the box without those things I calculate this can be done with 3 sheets of 4x8 plywood/MDF or 4 sheets of 60"x60" baltic birch.  I have plenty of tightbond II if you want to use. I am looking for someone who is comfortable doing excellent quality work.  If you built boxes before and they only look good once covered in carpet -this isn't what I'm looking for.   If you argue with me about the volume of the box, the tuning, or the material please move on.  I've been doing this for over 20 years and know what I want, but suffered a spinal injury and my hands don't work as well as I want them to in order for me to build the things myself.   I am open to minor design tweaks to facilitate ease of construction.
