We are looking for motivated environmental services professionals from diverse backgrounds who take the initiative to perform high quality work and provide superior customer service to residents. We offer a $500 retention bonus ($250 paid at six months of employment and $250 paid at one year of employment). We have openings in our residential and healthcare departments. Your duties would include but not be limited to: Residential - Working with a partner you would be responsible for cleaning residential units, office space, public areas and interior and exterior windows on a scheduled basis. Health Care - You would be responsible for cleaning patient rooms and common areas in our health center. We require: Previous experience working in a hospitality or institutional/health care housekeeping environment; ability to communicate at a basic level orally and in writing in English; ability to measure and proportion cleaning chemicals and solvents and calculate linen and supplies needed for work assignment and the ability to work independently, without direct supervision. Must be able to pass background checks required by a licensed residential care community. Many roles in our community require that we ask about your vaccination status.
