Install Leveling Spacers on F-150

I am looking for a mechanic to install 2" leveling/lift spacers on the front 2 tires of my 2010 Ford F150. There is a Youtube video showing exactly how to do this, but I do not have time. Basically the shocks have to be pulled and the spacers put on top. Spring compressors are not required. Please have experience with this type of work (and tell me about your suspension experience) and provide me a fair quote for the service. I will pay cash same day.
