So the picture they have posted showing car jacker no more dude has what looks like 'Justice' tattooed on his neck. Is this part of the 'No Justice, No Peace' movement or is it for something else that maybe he was trying to communicate? Every movement has the human POS types involved no matter how hard they try to keep them out I was just curious about the tattoo and if it had any significance??
