Found Cat Siamese/Tabby Mix

Found this white with tan/orange accents cat crying to be let in to our house last night. Super affectionate and social cat. Haven't seen him around in our neighborhood before. He is chipped and we're trying to find the owner, but have to call the county. Wondering if anyone recognized him or knows owner.
