Fregeau Construction is hiring! We are a small residential remodeling construction company, licensed as both a General Contractor and a Tile Contractor, and we primarily specialize in bathroom remodeling. We also have a lot of handyman jobs on the side to fill in the gaps between bigger projects. This position will require flexibility, and may vary in hours from week to week, but for the right candidate there will be excellent opportunity for consistency and growth. We are looking to hire and start immediately. Construction, remodel and handyman experience is highly preferred, but we will consider all levels of experience for this position, and for the right fit we will train and mentor. It's also very helpful if you have at least some of your own tools, but again, we will carefully consider all applicants. Job Duties May Include: Bathroom remodeling, tub replacements, complete shower builds, lots of tile work, vanity installations, light plumbing and electrical, demo, framing, finish carpentry, flooring, fixture installations, drywall hanging, taping & mudding, wall texture, painting, door and trim work, and any other general residential bath, kitchen, and home remodel work, all kinds of handyman stuff like shed builds (kits), tv mounts, Christmas lights, etc. Additionally, you may be asked to help with calling handyman leads, scheduling and going on handyman appointments, and scheduling or coordinating handyman jobs. NON-NEGEOTIABLE QUALIFICATIONS: Must be responsible, mature, and trustworthy. Must be dependable, and on-time. Must be professional and friendly around homeowners and clients. Must have reliable transportation. We also offer 10% commission on any job sold, so if you are self motivated and eager to succeed we will teach you how to estimate and sell jobs!
