HORSE FOR HALF LEASE I have a grade Quarter Horse mare available for half-lease. Jack is a 19 year old, 14.3hh quarter horse who loves attention. I am a full time student with a full time job and do not have the time I use to to spend with Jack. I do not wish to sell her, so I have decided to do a half-lease. Jack needs an intermediate to advanced rider as she has a brain between her ears and knows when she knows more than her rider. She is fun to ride around barrels and take out on the trails. She doesn't compete, but she would be willing to do small things. I am looking for someone who wants to have a horse they can come out and ride and even take places to ride. Jack knows her stuff and is a pleasure to be around. Her tack would be included in the lease and so would access to the facilities my boarding barn offers. I have a trailer that I could rent out if you desire to trailer her somewhere. A half-lease agreement would be in place and the cost would be $150/month. If you are interested, please PM me.
