Rehoming fixed male cat

I really dont want to do this but my landlord is wanting 300 dollars for a pet fee and i just dont have it this is a very special cat he is all grey with green eyes he goes on puppy pads he is declawed in the front he is the sweetest and the best behaved cat ever i want to find someone who has the finances who can afford to take him to the vet when needed he is 8 years old he will also go in kitty litter but he prefers going on puppy pads if he needs something he will let you know he will touch you with his paws like if hes out of water he goes crazy if hes out of water that is the only time that he will meow other than that hes quiet i am asking a rehoming fee because i want him to go to someone who will be good to him he deserves that much he is so special and sweet i will work with the right person on the rehoming fee im asking 40 because he is totally worth it this isnt just any cat youll never find another cat like him in this world! Oh and his name is Charlie.
