Hiring a Full Time Fleet Mechanic: Manage and maintain maintenance schedules for 40+ vehicles, 10 skid steers, 25+ mowers and small equipment Work with the production team to schedule maintenance Manage emissions and registration Need knowledge of DOT requirements Manage repair budgets Work on new purchase trucks so they are fleet ready Troubleshoot same day mechanic issues so production can run smoothly Tools and Truck can be provided or supplied Full benefits, 401K match.
