Minor welding needed

Description

We have a small (about 22" tall), decorative, iron bird bath that sits in our living room. It was knocked over and came apart at the bottom. It broke on a seam in the stem or pedestal near the base. The broken part is about 5" tall. We need it welded because my wife doesn't like the duct tape I used to fix it. I can bring it to you, if you're not too far away.
