We are a Property Management company building Industrial warehouses. We are looking to hire a part-time or full-time person to work on and maintain several properties across OKC.
Interior work will consist of: Metal stud framing, drywall, tape and texture, painting, and grid ceiling installation.
Exterior work will consist of: Mowing (riding, push and tractor), weed eating, clearing brush, chainsaw, planting and removing trees and bushes along with other general landscaping duties. All new equipment will be provided.
Must have your own reliable transportation.
Weekly pay, 1099 contract, $15-$20 per hour plus bonus
