NEED WAITERS AND BARTENDER

Hi, I am looking to hire 3 waitstaff servers and one bartender for my daughters surprise party on January 22nd. Bartending will not be much because we are only serving beer and wine and we just want to make sure that our guests do not serve themselves. The buffet is my own catering so I will need someone to man the New Orleans Station which will have all New Orleans favorites and I am also going to need a carver and another server to serve a different dish at the same table. If you have any questions please feel free to message me. Since I am hosting the event in Kenner I will need to make sure that the bartender has a RVP. If you need one I have no problems paying for you to get it. Bartender must be 21 years or older and servers must be at least 16 years of age.
