Clearing out my basement

I've got about 2 hours of work for 2 people or 1 person for 4 hours. I've got a lot of construction debris in my basement that I need to have hauled out and thrown away in my trash cans. There is also some dirt that needs to be shoveled and removed. Then the basement needs to be swept and cleared as much as possible.
