Seeking Fiddle and Lap Steel Guitar for original project

Hello, I'm seeking a fiddle and lap steel guitar player for an original project. I'm currently working on filling out a band. I have about two sets worth of songs recorded as demos. The songs have a sad country-ish, hippie, folk-rock vibe. Soundcloud link below. The songs are not traditional roots music chord progressions and often have minor chords. For lap steel this means having some slant technique and minor key experience is useful. For fiddle I'm looking for someone with solid double stop technique. Overall, the ideal person can easily improvise and/or come up with their own melodies and solo’s for the songs. Having improv skills or psychedelic attributes in playing style a plus. Overall goals are to play local venues, backyard parties etc./ record a CD or two/ have fun. Weekly rehearsals (more or less as needed). Gigging frequency to be determined. I'd also like to get fiddle and lap steel parts recorded on the demos in order to aid in finding musicians to work with and booking gigs, so that will be the foremost goal. I don't expect this project to be a huge money maker, so this is a labor of love mostly.
