Maintenance Person - mid-size condominium

Looking for a licensed and insured maintenance person to handle daily common area duties for a mid-size condominium complex located in the Riverside area of Jacksonville. Duties will consist, but not limited, to the following: • Janitorial cleaning - pick up trash in garage and on grounds; clean stairwells and railings; check and change light bulbs as required; maintain cleanliness of elevators. • General Maintenance & Inspection - Change/test Batteries thru-out property; roll out 4 trash bins every Monday and Friday morning; change air filters when necessary; check Rooftop pavers for debris and remove; pressure wash various areas on property as determined by Property Mgr; paint/repair common area doors (when needed). • Garage - Clean vents in garage - all 4 floors; inspect fans in garage, repair as needed; pressure wash concrete as needed, pressure wash trash chute rooms (2) as needed; unclog trash chutes as needed. Must have knowledge of plumbing, electrical, painting and caulking for minor repairs. Please submit your resume or company information
