Back in May, we took in a dog that found her way into our neighborhood and quickly into our hearts. We found the original owner of the dog, tracked down records, and those records stated that she was altered..... Turned out, she wasn't. The original owner said she wasn't, the vet records said she was. My husband and I figured it would be her first litter, it should be a small litter, so we were VERY surprised when she had ten babies. Three puppies are spoken for, maybe four, leaving six or seven who will need homes in mid-January. We will not be letting them leave until they've had two rounds of vaccinations and dewormer. We're asking for $150 rehoming fee--and yes, momma IS getting fixed after she's done nursing. I am exhausted chasing down these mini escape artists now that they've found their legs! The puppies will be used to a crate when they go to their forever homes, we cannot promise that they will be fully house trained, but they'll be on their way to it! The rehoming fee will cover their first two vaccinations, deworming, and their first harness or collar/leash combo. They'll also be sent home with a toy and a bag of food for their forever parents to begin transitioning them to whichever food they plan to feed.
