JOB BRIEF We are looking for reliable Roofing Service Technicians to join our team on the east coast. Service Technicians will report to our East Coast Branch Manager. Other duties include, but not limited to: RESPONSIBILITIES • Commercial roof maintenance inspections and evaluations. • Locating and repairing leaks. • Intermittent travel to regional maintenance sites. • Ability to climb ladders and lift heavy objects. • Excellent communication skills. • Computer knowledge or training is a plus. REQUIREMENTS • Thorough knowledge of single-ply roofing a must. • Minimum 2 years of experience in Commercial Roofing among the construction industry with good connections. • Outgoing personality, driven and "team player" attitude is expected. • Bilingual (English and Spanish) is preferred - not necessary • Willingness to travel. • Must have a valid driver’s license and carry proper insurance. • Pre-employment and random drug test required. • Demonstrate strong customer service skills as well as showing initiative, being goal-oriented, and self-motivated with a strong work ethic. • All terrain forklift capable & certified a plus. This position is full-time and hourly. Resume required.
