To learn more visit Please read the description below for the day to day duties and requirements of the position.   **Loading trucks is a requirement of this position.** • Must commit to maintain excellent attendance rating!! • Must be on time to work!!   ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: • Load and unload trucks by hand in a time sensitive work environment • MUST have commitment to maintain attendance rating and be on time to work • Actively participates and contributes to assigned work team • Maintain productivity standard within operational area. • Ability to perform duties in different areas of the warehouse floor, as needed • Move material from trailers to staging area and ensure proper shipment of materials • Maintain a safe working environment as a condition of employment • Maintain attendance in accordance with scheduled work • Perform other duties as assigned • Ability to lift up to 40 LBS over head   Basic Qualifications: High school, GED, or equivalent diploma Proficient reading skills and ability to follow directions required Ability to work in a fast-paced environment loading products onto pallets and preparing them for shipment Previous experience working independently and part of a team, solid customer service, dealing with others, flexible, excellent with numbers and time management skills required Flexible to work overtime as needed Ability to work in a refrigerated environment Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job Physical Requirements: -The physical and mental demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an associate to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
