Mechanic work om my 07 Saturn

I have a 2007 Saturn Aura that needs an inner tie rod end replaced. I have all new parts and will pay a reasonable amount for the job. I'm trying to avoid paying garage prices since it is a pretty simple job on this car. I would like to get it done this evening or in the morning. It looks like the weather will be decent. Please have all tools needed to complete job including jack. Please have some experience and know what you are doing. You don't need to be a certified mechanic or anything but at least have experience working on cars. I could do it myself, but I have a back injury, so I know if someone knows what they are doing. Not trying to sound difficult but you get all kinds of people on craigslist and have to be precautious. This add will be up until I get this job done. If you see the add then the job is still available. I do have more work on another vehicle with a bigger job if this works out and you are interested, we can set something up.
