We currently have an immediate opportunity for a Shop Helper with a busy manufacturer in Garden Grove, CA. The Shop Helper will be responsible for the following. Responsibilities of the Shop Helper include, but are not limited to: General shop duties General shop cleanliness Assisting the Machinists Setting up and preparing the machines Keeping machines loaded with materials Moving parts around Maintenance and upkeep of the shop Using Forklift and overhead crane Sweeping and mopping Other duties as assigned Qualifications of the Shop Helper include, but are not limited to: 2+ years of shop experience Mechanical aptitude Ability to read tape measures and levels Experience using a Forklift Must be a self-starter with the ability to be trained Must work as a team player
