HOA property located in a beautiful, historic rural community in Agoura is looking for a General Laborer/ Maintenance Groundskeeper. Job description: Maintenance Groundskeeper will be responsible for maintenance activities related to the lake, facilities, and grounds. Primary work will take place outdoors surrounded by the peaceful natural landscapes within the community. Job requirements: Maintenance Groundskeeper will report to the Operations Manager and support tasks assigned. Maintenance Groundskeeper shall always maintain a professional and courteous manner with residents, staff and visitors. Some driving is required with company vehicles and equipment. Our staff are self-motivated and work well individually and as part of a team. Qualifications: Must have a valid driver’s license and solid driving record. Previous general maintenance for facilities. Previous general maintenance for outdoor improvements. Equipment operations experience.
