LA Apartments is in search of a several Maintenance Technicians to handle the maintenance and remodeling for a large portfolio of multifamily properties. We have properties in West Los Angeles, Hollywood, Venice, Highland Park and you would be assigned to any of these locations. Candidates should have their own vehicle/tools and have knowledge in residential plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, painting and drywall, hardwood flooring. You should have the ability to professionally interact with tenants in a friendly manner and follow-up with tenants and office staff. The perfect candidates will have the following: • Have 3-5 years experience in maintenance • High School diploma or equivalent, • English language proficiency, bilingual Spanish a plus • Maintenance experience in the multi-family or similar industry • Knowledge of and experience in HVAC and carpentry a plus • Valid driver’s license, Insurance and good driving record • Dependable and good quality work Pay is between $20 - $25 per hour depending on experience. We have several openings in West Los Angeles, San Fernando Valley and Hollywood area.
