Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to handle all aspects of multi-family property general and renovations maintenance. Must have own tools and vehicle for driving in the Los Angeles Area. Responsibilities: -Respond to maintenance issues by checking, troubleshooting and repairing/installing -Perform janitorial duties when needed such as sweeping, mopping, cleaning vacant units, picking up or moving bulky items, removing trash around property, etc. -Daily inspection of properties to report any damages, renovation or upgrade opportunities -Must also communicate if there are vendor performance issues - Must prepare adequately for inspections such as inspection of units for dwelling, leaks, city inspections, etc. -Make sure properties follow city code regulations -Must have ability to prioritize urgent job order requests and plan day in most efficient manner. Must be knowledgeable in the following:HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Painting, Carpentry, Renovations/Turn oversApplianceRequirements -Must have at least 2 years of experience in the Property Management field-We prefer candidate who can read, write and speak English - Must have your own truck -Must have excellent customer service skills -Valid Driver's License and proof of vehicle insurance-Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and be able to crawl around or behind equipment when necessary Landmarktime Investments, inc.is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
