FDC Management is looking for a service-oriented, dynamic & talented individual to join our team! Our beautiful Villa Camino property with 196 homes, is in need of a Full-Time Porter/Groundskeeper. Proof of Covid-19 Vaccination Required for employment. (Benefit eligibility only after waiting period of up to 60 days) Responsibilities: · Duties shall include, but not be limited to, picking up grounds, light landscaping duties, cleaning laundry rooms, pool areas, common areas, painting, and assisting the maintenance staff or office staff as needed. · Prepare Community/Common Areas, on-show apartments, and Rental office daily prior to open of business. · Commitment to customer service, communicate property needs to the Maintenance Supervisor. Our candidate must be detail-oriented, self-motivated, and committed to excellence. Requirements: · Excellent customer service approach to property owners and tenants · Superior customer service skills including the ability to manage difficult customers and/or situations. · Positive attitude promoting teamwork and career-oriented goals, Punctual, dependable, self-starter, ability to multi-task · Must have reliable transportation · Must have the physical capacity to walk briskly, climb stairs, conduct visual inspections. · Ability to work a flexible schedule to include weekends, evenings, and holidays if needed. · Must be available to work weekends, Two days off will be consecutive · Applicants must pass the pre-employment physical, drug and alcohol test, and background checks to be eligible for hire.
