Otay Mesa Food Manufacturing company is searching for a Maintenance Mechanic who will help with various projects around the facility. Maintenance Mechanic position highlights: Competitive pay plus, potential for some overtime Air-conditioned environment Convenient highway access What we look for: Experience in an applicable food manufacturing setting: able to repair, replace or service food manufacturing equipment, parts, and systems such as: kettles, cookers, mixers, cutters, sealers, belts. Experience troubleshooting facility ventilation, lighting, coolers, and freezers. Able to maintain work orders system up to date (prepare, process, dispatch, and complete maintenance work orders) Familiar with testing, troubleshooting and measuring equipment.
