We are San Diego's very own ADT authorized dealer. Looking for a full time admin assistant with some experience in customer service, data entry and scheduling/dispatching. We will train the right candidate! Ideal candidate should be familiar with, but not required, in the following:
- Microsoft Office/Excel
- Be articulate and be able to handle a high volume of phone calls
- Multi-tasking
- Be available at 8 hours of the day when needed
- Run errands, mail drops, answer phone calls, and maintain the office supplies/cleanliness
- Customer Service
We are willing to traing the right candidate. We are a fast growing company that hires from within. We will be expanding to different states and management opportunities will be available!
