$2000 Sign-On Bonus Available Job Title: Maintenance Technician Department: Multifamily Maintenance Salary: Starting at $24 per hour TMG is seeking a Maintenance Technician for an upscale mixed-use mid-rise that is nestled in the heart of trendy Portland, OR neighborhood. The Maintenance Technician will maintain and enhance the value of communities that we manage by performing a wide variety of maintenance tasks. Working independently this position will ensure quality maintenance standards are upheld while providing excellent customer service tenants, vendors, fellow employees, and members of the community.  WHAT YOU’LL DO Perform maintenance checks of apartment units and identify problem areas. Responds promptly to work orders, service and emergency calls. Check and repair or replace plumbing connections for safety & functionality. Perform preventative maintenance such as caulking around tub & water closet areas, removing covers from wall heaters & cleaning. Prepare unit turnovers in a specified time. Carry cell phone for on-call duty as needed. Repair or replace water closet, hot water heater, hose bibs, doors, jambs, molding & trim. Picks up trash and keeps common areas clean and free of debris.
