All Levels Flow under the 100 Ft Christmas Tree Please join me in this all levels slow flow class at Old School Square under the 100 ft Christmas Tree! Come take an hour for yourself to quiet the mind and energize the body. We will link movement to breath as we connect to our inner selves and cultivate a feeling of peace and contentment. Please bring yourselves, a mat, a towel or tapestry to place under the mat (optional but recommended), and a water bottle. If you have any questions please let me know.
